We met Casey and Paul in St. Charles on Main Street. It was a beautiful sunny Saturday and it was very crowded. We did our best to stay away from the crowds but Casey and Paul did have to display their affections a few times in front of quite a few people who gave them nothing but praises😂
Paul and Casey have known each other since they were kids, and can’t even remember how they first got to know each other.
Casey and Paul both love boating and for their first date they took the boat out for the evening.
Their favorite way to spend time together is anywhere on the water, such as boating, hiking and fishing, when it’s nice out.
When it’s cold out they stay in and watch movies, play games, bake and craft.
They also have two black labs that keep them quite busy and say their TV show they can’t miss is “Yellowstone”.

Paul had the perfect idea for a proposal!
He was going to have candles, champagne and flowers all set up on the boat harbor near the river.
Unfortunately, it started pouring down rain so he planned a dinner instead. What Casey didn’t know is that Paul had friends gathering at the house setting up everything. He intentionally left his wallet at home.
When he ran inside to grab it he asked Casey to come inside and look at the leaky window that was in their new house that had been having problems.
So she thought nothing of it and walked right inside...
When Casey walked in, Paul was already down on one knee, everything set up behind him, candles, Champagne, flowers, etc. It was a beautiful scene❤️ Paul then had family waiting at a nearby restaurant to celebrate after.
